Qikink is an Indian print-on-demand (POD) and dropshipping platform run by Huepress Fashion Pvt Ltd out of Karumathampatti, Coimbatore. The brand grew out of TeeTalkies, a 2010 T-shirt manufacturing and export business, launched as Qikink in 2016, and now claims 25,000+ brands on the platform. You upload designs, connect a store, and Qikink prints, packs and ships each order under your own label. The catalogue runs to 350+ products and 2,750+ SKUs across apparel, all-over print, headwear, bags, drinkware and home decor, with Shopify and WooCommerce plugins plus an open API. Cost is what most people are actually checking, so: there is no subscription and no platform fee. Signup is free, there is no minimum order quantity, and you pay per order. A classic 180 GSM unisex round-neck tee carries a ₹190 base price, and Qikink's own published sample costing puts the landed total at ₹334 for a pocket print, ₹386 for an A4 DTF print and ₹444 for an A3 DTG print — each figure already including printing, shipping, COD handling and GST. Shipping alone is ₹50 per 500g by surface or ₹63.70 by air, COD is ₹40.12 per order, and box packaging adds ₹17.70 per product. International shipping exists but is costly at ₹906 per 500g to the USA. Monthly cashback starts at 3% above ₹50,000 of sales and reaches 10% above ₹20 lakh. On operations, Qikink states 2-3 days to print and pack plus 2-5 days in transit, with COD proceeds settled to you in 4-5 working days. It charges no RTO fee: undelivered orders return to the Coimbatore warehouse, are held for 100 days, and can be reshipped for ₹20 + GST instead of being reprinted. The review picture is where it gets uncomfortable, because it is genuinely split rather than merely mixed. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 138 reviews, but the distribution is 57% five-star against 26% one-star. The official Qikink app on the Shopify App Store is far worse at 1.2 from only 6 reviews. Praise is consistent about fabric and print quality on standard garments. Criticism in 2025-2026 is just as consistent and lands on dispatch delays beyond the stated window, print placement that does not match the design editor, and support tickets that need repeated follow-ups. Since 13 May 2026 a dedicated support representative has been reserved for sellers doing ₹50,000+ a month, which leaves small sellers in the general queue.

Qikink is a real registered Indian company, not a scam. It is operated by Huepress Fashion Pvt Ltd (CIN U14101TZ2024PTC030921, RoC Tamil Nadu) from a facility at Karumathampatti, Coimbatore, and the brand has been trading since 2016. What is genuinely in dispute is service reliability, not legitimacy. Trustpilot rates it 4.1 from 138 reviews, but the split is 57% five-star against 26% one-star, and its official app on the Shopify App Store sits at 1.2 from 6 reviews. Two things cut the other way: a search of consumercomplaints.in, India's main consumer grievance forum, returns no Qikink complaints at all, and a seller posting on r/dropshipping in April 2026 said support had "improved a lot compared to earlier". Read it as a real vendor with a real consistency problem for some sellers, not as fraud.
There is no subscription, no platform fee and no minimum order — you pay per order. Qikink's own published sample costing for its classic 180 GSM unisex round-neck tee (₹190 base) is ₹334 landed for a pocket print, ₹386 for an A4 DTF print and ₹444 for an A3 DTG print, each figure already including printing, shipping, COD handling and GST. Because six people have rated it. The Qikink Print on Demand app on the Shopify App Store shows 1.2 out of 5 from 6 reviews — four 1-star and two 5-star — with the most recent 1-star edited on 16 July 2026 by a seller of almost three years. Six reviews is far too small a sample to judge a company on. Note also that the displayed 1.2 is lower than the plain average of those six ratings, so Shopify is applying its own weighting rather than a straight mean. Trustpilot's 138 reviews at 4.1 are the better sample, though 26% of those are also 1-star. The thread running through both sets is support responsiveness and dispatch timing rather than print quality.
Qikink states 2-3 days to print and pack plus 2-5 days in transit, a 4-8 day total, and many sellers do get exactly that. But delay is the single most repeated complaint in 2026 reviews. One seller wrote on 2 July 2026 that processing and delivery "can go over 2 weeks" and that customers complain about it; another placed a first Shopify-linked order on 3 July 2026 and had neither the parcel nor a status update by 12 July. A seller tracking it on r/dropshipping in June 2026 gave a more typical picture: "an average of 4-6 days" for standard items, but "all over print apparel takes 10-15 days". So budget roughly a week for regular prints, two or more for AOP, and build slack into what you promise customers rather than quoting Qikink's stated window.
Four themes repeat across 2025-2026 reviews. Support: tickets needing three or four follow-ups, being closed without confirming the issue is resolved, and no support phone line on the Contact Us page — a seller noted in March 2026 that Qikink had run a WhatsApp support number and withdrew it, leaving email only. Delays: dispatch slipping past the stated window. Print accuracy: designs printed lower or smaller than positioned in the editor, and missing text. Refunds: money for a defective order goes back as Qikink wallet credit rather than to your bank, which is stated policy. All-over print items attract noticeably more quality complaints than standard DTG and DTF prints.
On published numbers Qikink is cheaper on logistics and Printrove is slightly cheaper on the garment. Qikink charges ₹54 + GST shipping per 500g and ₹34 + GST COD; Printrove charges a flat ₹60 per 500g and ₹50 COD. Qikink's classic unisex tee starts at ₹190; Printrove's men's round-neck starts at ₹165. On turnaround Qikink quotes 2-3 days to dispatch plus 2-5 in transit, while Printrove quotes 3-4 plus 2-5 for a 5-9 day total. On reviews Qikink simply has more data behind it: 4.1 from 138 Trustpilot reviews against Printrove's 3.5 from 17. Sellers comparing the two on Reddit land split rather than decided — Qikink wins on catalogue breadth and branding add-ons, while one seller switched to Printrove ("much better") specifically after Qikink refused a refund on a misprint. Neither sample settles it, so order samples from both before you commit a storefront to either.
Qikink does not charge an RTO fee. When a courier cannot deliver, the parcel returns to the Coimbatore warehouse, is held for 100 days, and you can reship it for a ₹20 + 18% GST handling charge plus shipping instead of paying for a reprint. After 100 days it is discarded. Two exclusions matter. If a pincode becomes unserviceable after the order was placed, Qikink states it is not responsible for the RTO and processes no refund. And for a damaged, defective or misprinted item you must claim within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video, photos of the product and the original packaging — after 7 days you pay reprint charges. Approved refunds land as credit in your Qikink account, not back in your bank.

The Android app is still published on Google Play, but the iOS App Store listing returns 404. Treat this as a service in an uncertain state and check before ordering.

Unlike aggregators that route orders through partner couriers, Delhivery owns its own network of sort centres, warehouses and delivery agents. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Gurugram, it serves 18,800+ pincodes with express parcel, PTL/FTL freight, warehousing and cross-border shipping. Publicly listed since May 2022.
Nirmit Bharat (ONDC subsidiary)
Digihaat is ONDC's own shopping app — a buyer app on the Open Network for Digital Commerce, run by ONDC's wholly-owned subsidiary Nirmit Bharat.
